Step into a joyful, flavour-packed foodie experience that celebrates Pride in full colour. Our vibrant Pride Poke Bar is a feast for the senses — bursting with bold flavours, fresh textures & a rainbow of ingredients that celebrate love, inclusivity & togetherness.

Guests are invited to build their perfect bowl, starting with fragrant mains of Tom Yum chicken, teriyaki beef, or teriyaki tofu with vegetables, then layering up a dazzling spread of colourful sides — crisp green cucumber & edamame, sunny yellow pickled radish, blush-pink ginger, bright orange carrot, fiery red kimchi, emerald wakame & vivid purple cabbage slaw. Finished with silky white rice noodles & a drizzle of punchy ponzu or roast sesame dressing, every bowl is as expressive & unique as Pride itself.

Let's turn up the colour & celebrate Pride with a joyful Mexican Taco Fiesta that’s bold & vibrant and filled with citrusy orange achiote chicken, rich Oaxaca-style barbacoa pulled beef, or vibrant mixed vegetables, then topped with a rainbow of fresh, feel-good garnishes. Think red & green pico de gallo, purple & yellow pineapple slaw, sunny corn, ripe tomato, creamy jalapeño yoghurt, smashed green guacamole & fresh herbs to finish.
